Refund policy
This policy applies to fees invoiced by Vault Flowcore for instructional programmes. This website does not process payments. Refunds, when due, follow the invoice you actually paid.
Eligibility
You may request a refund if you cancel in writing before the stated cutoff, if we cancel a programme and cannot offer a suitable transfer, or if we materially fail to deliver the labs described on the invoice. Disappointment with a metric outcome after class is not, by itself, grounds for a refund. We do not guarantee lift.
Timeframe
For Corridor Track and other multi-week cohorts, a full refund is available if we receive written cancellation at least 14 full days before the first live lab. Between 13 days and 48 hours before the first lab, a partial refund applies. Inside 48 hours, the seat is non-refundable unless we cancel. Field Snapshot recordings are refundable within 7 days of invoice only if the office hour has not been used and less than 30 minutes of recordings have been accessed. Expansion Atelier deposits follow the atelier confirmation letter.
Full or partial refund
Full refund: 100% of tuition paid for that seat, minus any bank transfer fees we cannot recover. Partial refund for late cohort cancellation: 50% of tuition. If you attend any live lab, remaining sessions are not refundable, though you may transfer the unused weeks to the next public intake once, subject to availability. Atelier days already delivered are charged pro rata against the workshop fee; unused future days may be refunded at 50% if cancelled more than 7 days in advance.
Non-refundable items
Guest dinner costs, printed workbooks already produced for an atelier, third-party venue fees passed through at cost, and travel or hotel you booked yourself are non-refundable through Vault Flowcore. MMP licences and advertising spend are never part of our invoice and are outside this policy.
Refund process
Write to info@vault-flowcore.digital with the invoice number, seat name, and reason. We acknowledge within two Bangkok business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original paying account. We do not refund in cash at the studio.
Processing time and method
Once approved, bank transfers inside Thailand are typically completed within 10 business days. International transfers may take up to 20 business days depending on your bank. You receive the same currency as the invoice where the bank allows; otherwise Thai baht. Any receiving-bank fees are yours.
Cancellation by the studio
If we cancel an intake, you may transfer to the next dated cohort at no extra fee or receive a full refund of tuition paid. We are not responsible for flights or hotels booked for a Bangkok atelier.
Exceptions
If a participant is removed for sharing another student’s confidential artefacts, tuition already used is non-refundable and unused weeks follow the 50% partial rule only at our discretion. Documented medical emergencies or visa refusals for travel to Thailand are considered case by case; we usually offer a transfer first. Mandatory consumer rights under Thai law are not limited by this policy.
