The charts lie until you know which store you are standing in.

Vault Flowcore trains product and growth teams to treat app analytics as a regional craft: Thai storefronts, corridor comparisons, and the quiet signals that actually decide whether an expansion holds.

From recent cohorts

“The storefront intercept week stopped us treating Play Console as if it were Thailand.”
Mira S., user research lead, Bangkok
“Corridor scorecards from module four are now the only expansion slide our CFO will sit through.”

“I still argue with the attribution lab, but at least we stopped buying last-click fairy tales.”

How the studio works

We teach the reading of a market, not another dashboard tour.

Most teams arrive fluent in global BI and lost the moment a Thai iOS chart diverges from a Singapore Android one. The corridor track is built around that gap.

Our Bangkok pedagogy

  1. 01

    Stand in the storefront

Labs use live Thai and neighbouring listings, not anonymised sample apps. You annotate what a local user actually sees, including payment rails and language variants.

  2. 02

    Separate signal from vanity

We pair MMP exports with first-party events and qualitative notes. Rank spikes, SKAN nulls, and “top charts” theatre get named out loud.

  3. 03

Write for the corridor, not the globe

Each cohort leaves with a one-page expansion scorecard that an exec in Bangkok can defend, including the limits of the data.

Programmes

Courses built for regional app expansion

Start with the flagship corridor track, or sit a shorter briefing if you only need storefront literacy before a launch window.

What you leave with

Benefits that show up in the next expansion memo

Store-native literacy

You can explain why a Thai iOS chart and a Vietnamese Play listing disagree without blaming “seasonality”.

Honest attribution

Windows, privacy constraints, and MMP quirks are treated as part of the story, not footnotes after the spend.

Localisation telemetry

Copy, currency, and payment method sit beside event names so product and growth share one sheet.

Exec-ready limits

Scorecards include what the data cannot support. That is a feature, not a lack of confidence.

Studio record

19 regional cohorts since 2019
11.4% median D7 lift reported after the first eight weeks
6 SEA storefronts in the core lab set
23 operator teams sat in the Bangkok studio last year

Topic lens

Analytics for regional app expansion is a Bangkok problem as much as a BI problem.

We wrote a field note on how Thai store rankings, prepaid wallets, and festival calendars warp global dashboards. It is the same lens that sits underneath every course.

Bring a live market, not a hypothetical.

Tell us which corridor you are entering. We will say whether the next cohort, a briefing, or a studio atelier fits.
